About me
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Professionals (BACP). I also have a first-class degree in Psychology.
I provide a safe, accepting and confidential environment within which we can explore your issues and concerns, at your own pace.
Using an integrative counselling approach that concentrates on various therapeutic perspectives, I am able to tailor my method to you.
Ultimately, it is my aim to help all of my clients lead happy, healthy and informed lives.
It is very important for you to find a therapist with whom you feel safe and comfortable. Please feel free to get in touch for an initial chat, with no obligations, to find out if you'd like to work with me.
Why go to counselling?
There could be many reasons to ask yourself this question:
To cope with your life traumas
To improve your relationships
To change patterns in your life
To be heard in a safe, unjudgmental space
To understand yourself better
With the right help you could achieve these.
